HTC's club year runs from 1 July to 30 June and is renewed automatically if you have not cancelled before 1 May. Cancellations must reach HTC in writing or by email <\/a>before 1 May and will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the membership administration<\/a>. If you do not have an email address, you will receive a confirmation by post.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you want to stop playing in the competition, you can do so twice a year. Cancellations for the competition must reach HTC in writing or by email before 1 June or 1 December and will be confirmed by email. If you have not withdrawn before that date, you will be placed in a team and will have to pay the competition fee. Het verenigingsjaar van HTC loopt van 1 juli tot 30 juni en wordt automatisch verlengd indien u niet v\u00f3\u00f3r 1 mei heeft opgezegd. Opzeggen van het lidmaatschap dient schriftelijk of per mail v\u00f3\u00f3r 1 mei door HTC ontvangen te zijn en zal per mail worden bevestigd.
