HTC's club year runs from 1 July to 30 June and is renewed automatically if you have not cancelled before 1 May. Cancellations must reach HTC in writing or by email before 1 May and will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the membership administration. If you do not have an email address, you will receive a confirmation by post.

If you want to stop playing in the competition, you can do so twice a year. Cancellations for the competition must reach HTC in writing or by email before 1 June or 1 December and will be confirmed by email. If you have not withdrawn before that date, you will be placed in a team and will have to pay the competition fee. Youth players can withdraw via ws-jeugd@htc-hoofddorp.nl; adults can withdraw via ws-senioren@htc-hoofddorp.nl.
